DISRUPTION
Power will be disconnected at times and may be shut off for periods of time as work is carried out. Temporary supply if practical may be fitted. Flooring may be lifted to provide access, in order to run new cables, the contractor may need to open channels/chases in the ceilings and walls, this may not apply to every project and you will be advised on the day or prior to work starting.
DAMAGE
rbc electricians will take every care to avoid damage during the execution of works, however, dependent on the age of the property and the type of work to be carried out it is possible that some damage may be inevitable, i.e. cracking of walls and ceilings or breaking of floorboards or flooring, cracks to plaster and decor finishes and carpets not refitting tightly and all other accidental damage that may occur . We cannot be held responsible for these damages and repairs will need to be carried out by others at no cost to rbc electricians.
PAYMENT
rbc electricians will require full payment on all call outs that are charged at our standard hourly and half hourly rates (see pricing for details) once work is complete. Works to be carried out via written Estimate’s require a deposit prior to works being scheduled into their schedule of works. The deposit amount and other payment schedules will be set out in the written Estimate prior to work commencing. Upon Completion of the work, the balance of the monies owed will become due. Larger projects may require interim payments, and this will be agreed in advance and set out in your Estimate prior to works beginning. rbc electricians accepts most methods of payment including Cash, BACS, PayPal, Debit/Credit cards and Cheques.
